• Brand Manager

Description of the role

  • Project Management across new brand and brand development launches working across all departments to ensure launch deadlines are met
  • Work closely with Marketing team to keep them updated with brand news and new launches
  • Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
  • Devise Market Research & Analysis reports
  • Utilise category, trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in product development as well as marketing initiatives
  • Devise brand guidelines, owning the development and messaging of the brand narrative 
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touch points
  • Organising events such as exhibitions and photo shoots
  • Manage brand assets and ensure wider team has access to all relevant material 
  • Enter brands into relevant B2C and B2B Awards
  • Work with Retention team to improve customer experience and post purchase 
  • Work with Insights Lead on customer surveys with the aim to always improve customer and brand experience
  • Report on brand experience improvements ensuring execution of all developments
  • Gain a complete understanding of customers through consistent listening across all platforms

  • Strong communication skills
  • Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends responding to customer’s wishes
  • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
  • Excellent team working skills
  • The ability to manage and allocate budgets
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with and an understanding of market research
  • Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • An ability to think strategically and devise creative engaging campaigns

Salary: Up to £35 000
